Therapeutic Thai massage  is an ancient art. Like Reflexology or Acupuncture it is meant to open the energy system of the body.  The session lasts for at least two hours.  It proves to be a very balancing, restorative and deeply rejuvenating. This massage technique requires the client to be fully clothed and is conducted on a floor mat as opposed to a table. The therapist prepares the muscle tissue by pressing warm clay pots along the meridian lines of the body. Unlike Yoga Thai Massage which employs stretching; Therapeutic Thai Massage involves slow, rhythmic compression. This is a very deep massage and only recommended for the true connoisseur.
